Our executive team has over 40 years of collective business experience. We enthusiastically launched our business to provide much needed support to busy individuals and companies striving to complete their daily “To Do List.”  We realize balancing a career, family, and personal life requires a great deal more support today than it did just a few short years ago when we were working in corporate America.  As your personal concierge, we can manage many of your household, personal and business needs, giving you more time to focus on key goals and on what you truly enjoy.   We have a passion for attentive customer service and the ability to quickly help you maximize your time. Our goal is to provide you with the very best services and support.   

Nzingha Asantewa Ali, concierge & personal assistant

Nzingha has a MPA in Public Administration and over twenty years of varied business experience. Nzingha started out an executive administrative assistant and earned her way up the corporate ladder to Chief Operating Officer. She is the consummate multitasker and organizer.  Her strengths in interpersonal communications, research and human resources assist her in helping clients with varied projects, both large and small.

Chandra Frazier, concierge & personal assistant

Chandra received her National Association of Legal Secretary Certification in 1980 and worked over 20 years as a legal secretary with a premier real estate law firm.  She also has an AA degree in Business Administration.  As a working mother, wife and student, she learned to juggle her professional career and personal life with ease and grace.  Her experience as a legal secretary allows her to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver first-class service.   Chandra lives by the credo, “Always give people more than what they expect.  That’s quality customer service”.
